Customer Care

We want your online shopping experience to be both simple and enjoyable so that you walk away feeling fully satisfied.  Please see below for information on payment, shipping and delivery and returns. If you have a question that is not answered below, please email us at enquiries@milaandruby.com.au and we will personally respond to your question.

Payments:

The site is currently set up to only accept PayPal.  If however, you do not have a PayPal account, please contact us and we can give you the necessary details for direct deposit.

Shipping and Delivery:

Mila + Ruby will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.  Your order will be dispatched within 48hrs (excluding public holidays) provided the payment has been processed and the product is in stock.

Mila + Ruby currently provides a flat rate of $5 for shipping within Australia by Australia Post Registered Post. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery by Australia Post (after dispatch).  You will receive a parcel order tracking number upon purchase which can be tracked via the Australia Post website www.austpost.com.au/track.  If you have any concerns about your order, you can contact us at any time at enquiries@milaandruby.com.au.

Express Post service is available for an additional fee.  Please contact us via enquiries@milaandruby.com.au if you would like express post. 

Mila + Ruby will take no responsibility for parcels lost in transit.  We will however, do all that we can to assist in the tracking of the parcel with Australia Post should any problems arise.

Returns:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully accept your return for an exchange or provide you with a full refund at no cost to you.

We do ask that you please take the time to read the full refunds and exchange policy as listed below.

  • All items must be in new & unused condition and returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Sale items are not able to be returned, unless faulty at which we ask you follow the instructions below.

To ensure your return/exchange is processed as quickly as possible, we ask that you complete the form on the Returns page contained within this website and we will then get in contact with you. When sending returns, we ask you use an appropriate shipping satchel to ensure the goods are not damaged.

In the situation whereby the product you ordered is faulty and is no longer in stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. 

If we receive a product back that we feel is not in re-saleable condition, Mila + Ruby reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.

A refund or exchange will not be offered unless all the above conditions have been clearly met.
